While our packages are focused on wedding celebrations, we are delighted to assist in the planning and management of many special occasions including anniversaries, birthdays, graduations and showers (bridal and baby), in addition to corporate and non-profit events. Please contact us if you would like to receive additional information, custom proposals and/or estimates.
Full-service Package
Forever Sacred offers unlimited planning time from the very first meeting up until the wedding day. We will attend up to four vendor meetings at your selection, or for those who do not have time or are from out of town, we can act on your behalf, attending and managing all vendor meetings. After the initial planning session, we will assist with every detail of the wedding, including the rehearsal and any additional planned activities, such as spa retreats, tennis and golf clinics, hot-air balloon or helicopter tours or simple family champagne picnics.
Economic Packages
Forever Sacred offers a variety of economic packages that each include our full-service planning from the initial meeting throughout the wedding day. These packages have been created to offer pre-determine guidelines within a set budget, while still allowing for variety and style selection. In a tough economic situation, these packages assist in maximizing allotted budgets and setting obtainable, quality expectations.
Beginning and End Package
This is the perfect package for the couple that wants to plan everything on their own, but needs some initial guidance and wants to enjoy their day to the fullest. We will meet for an initial planning session to discuss your style and desires, where we will assist in determining a budget, priorities and expectations. We will provide a customized planning timeline along with vendor recommendations that suit your budget and needs. In addition, we'll confirm your contracted vendor arrangements two weeks prior to your wedding date, assist with the rehearsal (up to two hours) and be available for up to eight hours on your wedding day to manage all the festivities.
Day-of Package
This package is for those who want to plan all the details on their own, but want to fully enjoy their special day with their family and friends without anyone needing to worry about anything. We will meet one month prior to your wedding to receive information on all your planned details. We will confirm all vendor arrangements two weeks prior to your wedding and provide your wedding party with a confirmed timeline and expectations for the day. We will assist with the wedding rehearsal (up to two hours) and manage the on-site activities of the wedding day (up to eight hours).
Ceremony Management
If you've selected a reception venue that provides management services, but still need assistance with your ceremony, this is the service for you. We'll confirm your contracted vendor services two weeks prior to your ceremony, assist with up to two hours for the ceremony rehearsal and manage your on-site ceremony details (up to four hours).
Initial Planning
Need a little advice and a nudge in the right direction for all your wedding-day preparations? We will meet with you to discuss your overall expectations. We'll provide advice on decor selections, and discuss the best vendor options to suit your style and budget. In addition, we'll provide a budget planning tool, vendor contact information, and a wedding planning timeline.
Venue Package
Looking for the right venue that suites your budget, guest count, and style? We'll research available venues for your wedding date based on your above criteria and provide you with our top recommendations, reasons for their selection and a detailed cost comparison next to two previously selected venues you determined (if different from our recommendations).
E-mail Advice
So you're pretty sure you've got everything under control, but want the comfort of knowing you have experienced help at your fingertips. This package offers unlimited e-mail advice from the day you purchase the package all the way up to your wedding date. You can ask questions regarding your budget, wedding-day timeline, invitation selections and etiquette, design ideas and even vendor services such as vendor reliability and responsibilities, etc. However, please keep in mind that this package only offers e-mail services. It does not include one-on-one, phone or vendor meetings.
